Week 70- Riots in Resistencia

Hey everyone! So not so crazy week this week... I know, weird right? Saturday and Sunday were lock-ins because of a 72,000 member women´s conference/riot that took place here in Resistencia. Nothing happened to us (the missionaries) but the women tried to burn down the catholic church (and also threw paint on it, see pics) and went out it the streets with syringes full of hiv to attack people with!

They all left monday morning. Elder Olmos and I created a mini movie theater in our pension and enjoyed a great asado (bbq).

The other days of the week were pretty smooth and there really isnt anything huge to write about. We had a great lesson with Mauro y Yanina. They are super excited about the church and to our suprise Yanina loves the word of wisdom! We´re hoping they can get to church this week!
Sorry for the short email, hope life is great for ya´ll this week!
