This week went smooth! Multizona in Resistencia with the missionaries from Corrientes.
Friday we went to a baptism of a little girl in our ward. It was cool to see how excited and proud her dad was that she was getting baptized.
Saturday we started the day off in the office and then in the afternoon we went and had a skype call with a missionary in Chile so he could watch the baptism of his dad here in Resistencia. It was a special moment for them and for us.
Sunday was stake conference and President Franco gave a great talk about the importance of helping and reaching out to the young inactive youth of the church. In the afternoon we had a great lesson with Veronica, the English teacher.
Monday we went to a ward activity and made a huge chicken gizo (the go to Argentine dish) and had a great lunch. Veronica came as well! In the afternoon we helped move a fridge and went to buy flu vaccines for some of the missionaries.
Tuesday we had multizona here in Resistencia for the missionaries in Corrientes. We learned about the unwritten order of things and the Holy Ghost. If you havent read "the unwritten order of things" you have to read it. Click here to read it! (you have to scroll down just a bit to find it)
Wednesday we did office work including writing the monthly story of the mission, monthly car reports, weekly calls, etc. In the afternoon we came up empty looking for investigators.
Thursday we went and taught two new investigators in the morning and then gave a short spiritual thought to a family in the ward, finishing off the week well!
Thanks for all the prayers and support! If you are having problems in your life, read the scriptures, pray, and go to church more, and guess what? Things will work out! I promise.
