Week 48- Rain, Rain, Rain, Flooding

So Thursday was early P-day. We went straight to the office in the morning to help Elder Lloyd create a roster that updated automatically. It took all day but it was a good project and if you know me you know I love a good project:)

Friday we studied in the morning and then at two in the afternoon we left for my old area, Goya. While we were driving we got hit with a huge storm and could barely see. We also saw a lightning bolt hit the ground within a half mile of us and that was cool. We arrived in Goya and met the elders at the Rodriguez house. All of their lesson had fallen through because of the rain. We helped the Hermana Rodriguez make Ñoquis and Hermano Rodriguez grilled half of a carpincho. We ate dinner there and had a great time. It was really good.

Saturday in the morning we did divisions and did a baptismal interview. We went to Esquina to help them with their baptism interviews.

Sunday we had a great district conference (like stake conference) for the district of Río Paraná. It was crazy with all of the Skype and internet problems but between skype, google chats, and cell phones we definitely had a multi-media conference.

Monday we had an office day getting folders and binders prepared for the new president. President started packing up his office... Its weird to be changing presidents.

Tuesday we drove with President to do interviews in Reconquista. We did a small training and lunch during the interviews.

Wednesday we bought windshield wipers, seat belts, and also for multizona bought drinks and alfajores.

Thursday we were able to work all day in the area and taught three lessons. We are excited for a little girl who we hope will get baptised in a few weeks!

Hope you have a great week! Remember that God always is wants to accept us but He only can if we accept Him first and follow his commandments.
