Friday we took a sister to the airport to go home and it was early in the morning (3:45 wake up time) so that was fun. Then we had p-day in the afternoon from 11am until 9pm so we had a grill at night and it was super rico!
Saturday we opened the tablero and saw where everyone was going. In the afternoon we left to go to Ibarreta (3-4 hours away) to go to the district conference (like stake conference). We got in at night and President Franco had a meeting so we went to that. After the meeting we went to the hotel and got settled in. It was actually pretty nice but the shower I took smelled like algae but thats okay.
Sunday morning we woke up and went to the district chapel and had the priests of meeting in the morning around 11 we had the general meeting and Elder Olmos and I spoke. That was a fun and cool experience. After which President had a few interviews and then we return back to Resistencia.
On Monday we had transfers. All the ones who are coming home went to the church and waited for their interviews with President Franco. Elder Sears and Bruneel went home and that was kind of sad. We had the special lunch at the mall and that was fun but a little bit different because usually it's at the mission home and then we took them to the hotel and went to bed.
On Tuesday the old missionaries went home and we went to breakfast with president Franco. We got the things that we needed for the new missionaries and set up a new hard drive that we got for the office. At night the new missionaries arrived and Elder Allred's dad as well. We took the new missionaries to the church and then to the hotel.
On Wednesday the new missionaries met their trainers and we gave our training in English which was weird because usually we give it in Spanish. We had pizza & empanadas for lunch and I tried Surubí empanadas. We took the sisters to the terminal with an open chapel kit and then we took an elder to get a CAT scan.
On Thursday we got everything ready for the office, we're still getting things ready but things are coming along.
Today a pretty relaxed day today. We played padel again and relaxing. Elder Lloyd made biscuits and gravy for us so we had a little bit of America here in Argentina.
Have a great week!
